We are committed to Rabbi Omer-Man's vision of sustaining a welcoming contemplative community where the study of traditional text and the practice of Jewish meditation is nurtured.  Metivta serves as a resource and a model for the Southern California Jewish community, exploring a way of connecting to our tradition through the lens of experience that sitting in silence together offers.
