Online Contemplative Gathering at the New Moon of Elul

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the volume and pace of changes in the outer world, you are not alone! This year, on the New Moon of Elul, take time for yourself. Join Reb Tirzah and the Metivta Community for the precious opportunity to reclaim your inner stillness within a wise and loving community.

The retreat will provide time to slow down, review the past year, study, reflect, and begin the gentle process of returning to your inner knowing. In this Sunday afternoon gathering, you will enjoy: Guided meditation, text study, sacred poetry and chanting, time to reflect, time to share.
